We currently have an immediate need for the position of “Customer Success Executive” based in Chennai. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in delivering prompt and proficient assistance to our valued customers, leveraging their in-depth product knowledge.

Job Profile

Qualification          : Any Graduate

Functional Area     : Sales, Business Development, Customer Service.

Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent.

Work Timings        : 9.30 am to 6 pm

Salary                    : 1.20 -1.80 LPA

Location                : Chennai,Tamilnadu

Responsibilities

  • Candidates are responsible for giving product awareness and solving customer/client queries in regards to the product or service provided by the company.
  • You are responsible for handling sales over the predictive dialer system.
  • You should collect desired information from the customers/clients and maintain healthy relationship.
  • Making outbound calls for generating leads.
  • Generate and provide information effectively from leads and other sources.
  • Follow up with incoming leads.
  • Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization

Skill Required

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills and Team Handling.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Multi-language is preferred.
  • Good MS Office knowledge.

Process Compliance

  • Daily login hours of 9 hours with one hour break.
  • Maintain quality score for 85% and above.
  • Client should be provided only with accurate information.
  • Ensure services are scheduled as per customer requirement.
  • Adherence to Systems and processes.
